Executive Committee

NACE Calgary operates under the direction of an annually elected Executive Committee. This committee strives to add value for our members by providing a high level of service and by developing new and innovative ways of meeting our goals.

The Committee:

  • Provides a comprehensive series of workshops and training programs for members on a continuing basis.
  • Provides members with a first class newsletter that keeps them up to date on new developments in the industry, news from NACE International, upcoming courses and events, and activities to promote NACE within our area of influence.
  • Undertakes a number of activities and initiatives within the community to create understanding and support of our industry, including: a teachers’ summer camp, bursaries and grants, donations to relevant community causes, and presentations to students and the community about corrosion control and what NACE is doing about it.
  • Offers members opportunities to meet and socialize with industry colleagues through a variety of networking events.

The Executive Committee meets regularly. If you are interested in volunteering on the Committee or for a NACE initiative, contact admin@nacecalgary.ca.
